It all started when…
I have been working and managing marketing, multicultural communications, brand strategy, and DEI programming and for more than 15 years. I consider myself to have a mindful but competitive approach to my professional development.
My background in program management, Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategies, brand strategy, visual design, and program management. Continuously fueled by a passion for understanding the nuances of cross-cultural communications, community outreach and integration of diversity and inclusion development across all lines of business, I consider myself a ‘forever student,’ eager to stay ahead of DEI strategies to help make meaningful and impactful social change for organizations. My own hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to my most recent successes at the PGA of America leading the overall strategy and execution of their workforce diversification program, PGA WORKS. I feel very lucky to help make a difference in young professional’s lives through the game of golf.
